Another Angel Enters Heaven

July 1, 1919 - November 10, 2006

This is my sweet Mother-in-Law, Marian Sutter, who transitioned to heaven on Nov. 10, 2006. We were able to spend some wonderful moments with her this year as she was preparing to depart. This photo was taken in May. She had a difficult time but never complained. She set a strong example for the rest of the women in the family of how to handle adversity, suffering, forgiveness, loving always and creating a "home". We miss her presence, but live on treasuring her presents.

Mom Hollis' Visit Dec 2006

My Mom flew down from Illinois to visit, get WARM and do some Christmas shopping. We are having a great time. Weather is mild and lovely. So are we. She is enjoying my friends, visiting with her cousins in Spring Hill, reading books and crocheting. We printed her Christmas letter and I had fun putting her photo on the letter. Here it is for all to see. Now Mom is on the Internet! Wow, pretty cool place for an 86 year old Great Grandma to appear.

Everyone keeps saying how lovely she is and how fortunate I am to look like her, and I agree. I am very grateful God gave me such a neat Mom, lovely in looks and gracious, gentle, and generous in personality. I am also grateful that she has lived this long and continues to be in good health.
